Cottages Rentals and Rates
- Prices shown are inclusive of towels, bedlinen, a welcome basket and final cleaning charge.
- From October to the April an additional metered electricity charge is applied.
- During the summer months of June, July, August our minimum stay is 7 nights, with changeover day being Saturday.
- Easter and Christmas/New Year are a minimum of from 4 nights, while Bank holidays are a minimum of 3 nights stays.
- Outside of these periods, our minimum stay is 2 nights.

Check in / Check out
Check-in is after 4pm on day of arrival
Check-out on the day of departure is by 10am
Pets
We are afraid we no longer allow pets during the summer months .
But do allow pets at certain times only on request
Smoking
Strictly no smoking in the cottages we have an outdoor smoking area on-site.
Cancellations
A booking deposit is required to secure all bookings.
During the off-season if cancellation is less than two weeks full amount will be charged.
High season Summer/Christmas is four weeks prior to arrival.
Booking a stay
To confirm a booking we require a booking deposit, payable by credit or debit card or bank transfer.
A Credit card is also required for any extra charges or damage to the property.
The cottage is strictly for the number of guests booked at the time of booking.
There is strictly no parties or gathering allowed in the cottage.
